Suggest you contact a sign company.  I have heard that they are quite 
reasonable ($135 for me where they were at my house 35 minutes which 
included set up and take down.  They installed my C4 on a roof tower 
which I did not care to play in a dangerous position).  They usually 
have a couple of different size bucket trucks, each with a slightly 
different price.  Crane companies are supposed quite expensive.
