Just want to add a couple of hints to the rope in the conduit. After the
initial string/rope is in the pipe, its a good move to always pull in
another rope in case another cable is to be added to conduit later. 

And the actual pulling rope should be larger than small nylon twine.  The
small twine will saw right thru cbale insulation and even PVC pipe.  The
electrician that shared that with me demonstrated by using the small twine
to saw off PVC pipes that he was attaching steel conduit.  Really saws
right thru most any plastic.
