Tnx for input. New Buryflex to the antennas. No water in the  traps. Been
running 1.5KW through the contest weekend with no change.

Three things you might want to check:

 

Crappy coax....water got in at the feedpoint.

Bugs and/or water in one of the traps.  Water is a notorious culprit in the
A-3 traps.  Rotate the boom 90 degrees one way and then the other...water
may flow out.  After that, you can steam out the rest by putting a 100 watts
into it for a while.  You can actually watch the SWR drop to the regular
level as it does.
