The 10m portion of ANY trapped tri-bander is the aluminum between the traps.
If it resonates at 41mHz, then something is distinctly wrong as that
would require less than the required 10m spacing.
Installing a 10m trap 'backwards' would actually raise the resonant
frequency as it would lengthen the portion of the antenna between the
10m traps.
Is there a balun? Check it separately. I'm betting it's bad.
Either that, or something else isn't measured correctly.
