I just received an 80/40 top loaded vertical from a manufacturer known for missing parts (MFJ) and sure enough the 8 X 27" top loading spokes are not in the box. It is an MFJ-1792 I have a Cushcraft MA160V and I assume the missing spokes on the 80/40 antenna are of the same material? I want to get this antenna up and probably only need 8 X 24" spokes. What is this spoke made of? 1/16" (0625") inch stainless steel rod? My station is 45 mins from home and I'm want to buy the material before heading up there. 73, Bill KO7SS _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
