The flex circuit which you identify as green tape is very likely no
longer available from Icom.
But you should contact Icom America, Inc., and ask. You never know
what they may still have.
I have found them relatively easy to get on the phone.
If that doesn't work, try Kuni Okuma, W7JV, who used to work for
Icom, and now trades as ComTek,
servicing amateur equipment. W7JV@aol.com, is his address, as I
recall. (double check on qrz.com)
He's close enough that he can go to Icom to get something, and he's
done good work for me, in the past.
