What's wrong with "frame ground"? Surely the 5-story building has a steel
frame...and from what I've seen, the "pilings" are driven into the ground. So
attach to this "frame ground" as close to the antenna and mast as possible.
Of course, I'd check with the local building inspector to see if okay before
proceeding.
