Today in Boston someone did a real big whoops.... They were trying to lift
a new cellular tower with a 110' crane and the tower evidently weighed a
little much for the crane at the pick angle....you know what happened next.
Crashed down/folded over the TV-56 studio building and broke lots of pipes
in the building, level2 hazmat incident, complete evacuations, etc. You get
the point. Luckily the only injury was the crane operator, and it was only
minor.
Thought some of you guys might be interested in hearing about this. Maybe
it will help keep Safety in people's minds. FWIW

Scott
