This is indeed true and have used it this way for years to phase my yagi
stacks with great success.....long before the Stacklmatch. I believe however
with the ground modification the RCS-8 can still be used for phasing stacks.
If my memory serves me an artical in NCJ from the late eighties covered this
topic very well.
