[TowerTalk] Stand alone FTP software

Does anyone know of a source for stand alone FTP software? Should
be compatible with Netscape 3.0. I'm getting downloads from the WEB
at speeds of 1.5 to 1.8 K....Using the old Chameleon 4.6, could do
2.8 pretty consistantly. ( installing a computer on top of the tower--
now the legal issue is settled )
