Herb’s experience duplicates mine.
The repair dept is lightly staffed, or they  have monumental failure rates, who 
knows.
My 259 took about three months, with several calls and obfuscation along the 
way.
I suggest putting these stories in snail mail to Martin, from several different 
customers.
He’s done a good job of putting out moderately priced stuff, but has fallen 
badly on service.
