Did you look in the phone book under Steel Distributors & Suppliers (or
similar heading)?  Most cities have one or more steel suppliers--even
the smaller ones.  Your spec sounds like it is for tubing not pipe,
which are two different animals.  Steel suppliers understand tubing,
plumbing suppliers speak pipe (I'm guilty of generalizing here).
