Hi Sylvan, I had the same problem. I shortened the 15m driven element by
1.25 inches on each side which brought the low swr point on 15m to
21.100 mc . I tried every combination of parallel wire and coil spacing
but shortening the 15m driven element is the only thing that worked.
While you are at it put an extra set of spacers on the 20m 15m driven
elements farther out on the elements otherwise the swr will bounce all
over the place in windy conditions.
