Just to complete the information on the HG-54HD, I finally got
through to Hy-gain.
Hy-gain has no cable parts for this tower. In fact, the only parts
they have for the tower are base sections (so you can relocate and
put it up again with a new base section). Idle dreaming leads me to
picture someone who did not get a new base section digging up the
entire base-and-concrete lump using a monster shovel and crane, and
then plopping it into the back of a Cadillac Escalade. Shows what
happens when you don't have an honest job to occupy your mind.
It seems that Hy-gain may again sell and support towers, apparently
this one and others that they have made, but those waiting for change
should use the time frame of years, rather than months.
