Listening really isn't an issue - it's being able to do something when I hear something after a band change. The only other antenna I have is an HF2 & that at least gives me another antenna for 15. The SteppIR dipole mounted perpendicular to a tribander makes a great second antenna for contests & is a great solution for the WARC bands.
