I have never seen one of these in the flesh, but the web site says the
base piece is 1-3/4" in diameter and that it extends out to 33'. There
is very little other info on the web page other than that they collapse
to 3.8' and weigh 3.3 lbs. If anyone has ever used or seen these masts,
do you think they would make reliable, sturdy spreaders for a 40M quad?
Only 26' of length would be required for that application.
