If I'm going to be more than 6 feet off the ground, I'm wearing my full 
harness and safety gear. It's not only safer, it's also much more 
convenient to be able to tie off and have your hands free.  Besides it 
only takes a few seconds to put the harness on, and it keeps me in 
practice.  I don't own a "safety belt" for the simple reason that they 
are not safe!
