Thank you all for your comments.  My conclusion is to concentrate on my 
power line interference problems and the noise generated by my LCD 
monitors on the logging computer and not worry about potential K9 
containment noise.  If, by chance, I do get interference, it sounds like 
a Corcom filter and a ground rod might solve the problem.
