Those shows and articles often have disclaimers. Dave Ramsey
has a nationally syndicated show and HE has disclaimers.
Bruce Williams gave business advice and HE had disclaimers.
Many of the investing programs do also.
Clearly the second bit quoted below shows you never practiced
law in America ! YOU are man enough to own up to your own
folly... and I respect that... but the rest of the country is another
matter entirely!
