I haven't seen one specifically designed for the application, but one 
might be able to repurpose a satellite elevation rotor?

There's a fair amount of installation specific stuff you're going to 
have to do, so maybe just buying an appropriate gearhead motor and using 
that would be the way to go. something like 15-20 RPM might be about right.

You could also use a satellite dish actuator (linear leadscrew), but 
that seems a bit overkill for something like a screwdriver antenna.  You 
could improvise using a second mechanism like that in the screwdriver 
antenna (threaded rod, and follower nut on the antenna.
