Try Prim Fasteners http://www.almabolt.com/ . I don't know if they'd
have the specific ones you want but they've had everything I asked for
except Aluminum screws. They even had 3/8" and 1/2" forged SS bolts if
you have deep pockets <:-)) Most stuff I can get a box of 100 for what
the big box stores and local hardware stores charge for half a dozen to
a dozen.
