Amen!  And...It's likely been overstressed if it's been through much 
wind. At those steep angles the guy pressure on the base of a 150 foot 
tower is nearly to total of the guy tension. With substantial wind it 
could easily double or even triple the vertical load. I wonder if the 
guys are over size as well.  I'll have to calculate out just a 70 MPH 
gust would do to the vertical load.
