If I recall correctly, there were many, many posts about C-31XR 15-meter
resonance problems on both Towertalk and force12talk@qth.com a few years
ago. Many people tried adjusting the length of the 15-meter driven
element, to no avail. The fix, again relying on memory, involved
reconfiguring the feedline between the 20 and 15-meter driven elements -
a search of the archives should turn it up.
