Without doing the math (I did for my 375 ft run, and used #14), I'd 
suggest #16 or #18 for your run for the pair that runs the motor, and 
#22 or larger for the three conductors that sense position.  For my 375 
ft run, I used 250 ft of AC power cable spliced to some nicer cable 
(from a local surplus store) going up the tower.
