Yes. Isn't there stuff on the PVRC website about this? I recall a very
nice webinar with Dean that I think was jointing hosted by PVRC and
NCCC. The instructions that Dean either sent me or directed me to on the
ARRL website (and described in the webinar) were good at the time of
that webinar, and I dragged down a new data set for my QTH.
