Hiya, Brian --
 
    You don't need to remove the antennas and  mast. Run the tower up far 
enough so that the rotator is accessible, block the  bottom of sections with 
2x4's or pipes to prevent downward tower  movement and go on up. You can use 
a comealong to lift the mast up enough  to clear the rotator or a pry bar 
of some sort. You can get the mast up enough  to do the swap and then it's 
pretty straightforward.
