[TowerTalk] VOA-AREA

Hi guys,

  I am searching for the VOA-AREA program, I searched in the list archives 
and all the messages indicate ftp.voa.gov as the primary download site... 
but I can't find it!
Can anyone tell me an alternate download site for this program (Windows 
version) ?
