If they do, don't use them.  The power companies use a different  cheaper 
version of the Big Grip.  According to the specialist at PLP I  spoke to, the 
ones the power companies use are designed for the purpose they are  used for, 
and 
not for longer lengths of guy wire like those used on  towers.  There is a 
difference and the power company ones should not be  used.  I know there are 
guys who are going to say, "I did, and they worked  fine".  I also know guys 
who 
guy towers to trees and use HD 73s to rotate  big 20 meter antennas...for a 
while
 
I'm just as cheap as the next ham and free is always good, but in this case  
follow the prime directive of the manufacturer..don't use them for towers.
