My calculation of that line works out to 579 ohms.
Something doesn't add up here. Probably explained
by trying to measure a balanced line with an
unbalanced network analyzer. Or using a balun
you haven't calibrated out.

Your feedline is not described in your response. While I am assuming it is
ladder or open wire feed, wound you mind being a bit more specific: maker,
model number, impedance, etc.
