These are important questions to answer. Another is, what is terrain like within 10-15 miles of your new QTH? That can have a profound effect on the vertical patterns of your antennas. If you have not already done so, buy and study the ARRL Antenna Book, especially the section that talks about antenna mounting height and the software program HFTA that comes on the CDROM.
