I am also curious about the American Beauty irons. What wattage is
preferable (both center conductor and shield)
There are a bunch on EBAY. Would this one be an overkill ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/American-Beauty-3158-200-WATT-soldering-iron-pointed-tip-/381621295558?hash=item58da66d9c6:g:E2EAAOSwn9lXKOtH Bob K6UJ On 5/10/16 11:00 AM, Jerry Gardner wrote: On Tue, May 10, 2016 at 10:25 AM, Ken Eigsti <diverkene@gmail.com> wrote:Several of you mentioned the American Beauty soldering iron. I crimp the braid. 73, Jerry _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
