I have two sub-set questions---
1. It sounds like the larger, base tower already exists. If so, is the 
erection process going to be 'Top-down' rather than 'base-up'?
2. Maybe silly--but-- have you considered looking at the systems used in 
modern, looping, Steel Roller-coasters? They work well in almost all 
directions.
