In the TVRO section of the Rohn Catalog (this also should be on their web 
site), they show 50 percent guying distance for Rohn 25, 45 and 55 tower up to 
80 feet, rated for a big dish on top -- I think it's 66 sq feet of wind load 
for the smaller tower and 88 feet for the larger.

I had 120 feet of Rohn 45 up for  8 years at a previous location with 50 
percent guying and no problems.
