Does ROHN use special "ROHN bolts" for their towers?

At one time Rohn supplied hot-dipped galvanized bolts with
coarse threads. (1/4 -20 and 5/16-18) But for many years now
they have been supplying a more generic, Grade 5, fine-thread bolt.
(1/4-28 and 5/16-24) It is something you can find locally at any
good hardware store or automotive supply store.
