I have lived next to one for 10 years with no problems. One qualification,
though - I see that PetSafe now makes a "wireless" unit that they say will
restrict your dog to a circle of a certain size. I don't know if these
units use the same low frequency technology as the buried wire loop
systems. For that matter, I didn't see a Part 15 certification on the box,
but it may have been on the instructions inside.
