Dave,

I have forwarded You a copy manual off the list, 
however I am a little surprised when You say that 
the connector on the controller is only four 
pins. To my knowledge the G800SA and the G800DXA 
should use a 6 pin Molex/AMP type plastic plug, 
while the G800S and the G800SDX use a 6 pin 
Chinch/Jones metallic plug. Are You sure that the 
contact has not been replaced? The Yaesu 
schematic drawing can be confusing leading people 
to belive that only 4 wires are needed.
