SOUNDS to ME that the BELT between the MOTOR & Reduction needs to be tightened!!!JUST RAISE the MOTOR with the FOUR BOLTS holding the Motor in place to TIGHTEN the BELT - I LEARNED the LESSON the HARD WAY. IF the motor DOES NOT 'ENGAGE' the Belt and THEREFORE the REDUCTION GEAR PULLEY, the FUSE WILL BLOW!!! MY 2 cents..
