I have just checked Amazon UK; they have new copies of the book from GBP
42.70, with one stockist asking GBP 440 (they must be from another planet).
Amazon UK also have used copies of the book from GBP 34.13, as the UK
lawyers always say, "advice is worth what you pay for it" in our case,
especially if it helps to protect time and money invested in our hobby.
