Possibly, but I'd think the "right thing to do would be to reimburse the
commercial tower owner for all costs associated to repeates antenna work
on the tower.
Unless you are a 501C3 which we are. That opened up the spigot for some
sizable donations from local charities as we do a lot of work with the
EOC, from storm chasing to more serious search communications.
I'm now relegated more to the occasional net control.
