I HAVE 130 FT OF THE SO CALLED ROHN "35" TOWER. I LOVE IT!
YOU CAN PUT A ROTOR ANYWHERE WITHOUT CUTTING DIAGONALS AND IT IS STIFFER
THAN 25. THE LEGS ARE THE SAME AS 25 WITH APPROXIMATELY 6000 LB/LEG RATING
AND I BELIEVE BENDING MOMENT IS ALSO IN 6000 FT-LB RANGE. ( HAVE SPECS AT HOME)
YOU WOULD BE WISE TO INSTALL ONE SET OF 3/16 INCH GUYS NO MORE THAN 10 FT
BELOW THE TOP. I NOTICE THAT FOR (SHORT) TILT-OVER TOWERS, ROHN USES LESS
THAN THE USUAL GUY SPACING OF 80% OF TOWER HEIGHT...SOMETHING ON THE ORDER
OF 50 TO 60% IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY.
