[TowerTalk] Concrete in small quantities

Check with your local tool/equipment rental yards, some of them will sell you a 
yard of concrete in a small (relatively) dump trailer. You need some kind of 
tow vehicle like a pick up truck but it allows you to work at your own pace 
except for the concrete curing !!  In the MD/VA area it was about $100 for the 
concrete.
