The description says that it's an air-dielectric high temperature cable
rated for use in a plenum. A plenum rating requires jacket and
dielectric materials that minimize flame spread and noxious fumes in the
presence of a fire. The fact that it's an air dielectric suggests that
weatherproofing of connectors would be crucial if used outdoors. The
concern with direct burial would be damage to the shield from sharp
rocks that could allow water intrusion. UV damage would be limited to
the outer jacket and possible corrosion of the copper shield with
moisture, but since RF current is on the inside of shield, RF
performance would not likely be affected.
