Solid foam angular corrugated hardline cable is around .88 VF, while spiral corrugated cable (superflex, etc)  is more like .81 VF, IIRC.

I have a couple of VNAs which I would use to measure loss. To measure length, I would need to know the velocity factor though, correct?
