Specifically to Steve, thanks for all your hard work keeping this great
reflector going.
To everyone else, lurking does provide lots of information. Sometimes
questions are asked that seem very specific, or like nobody else might want
to hear the answers. Usually that is not true. There are plenty of times
that I've gotten questions answered without even asking because of replies
to a similar question.
My point is, reply to the reflector too - your wisdom is useful to more than
the original questioner!
