Hi Eric,  I have been using the OR2800 for many years and replaced the cable 
with the wireman's cable when they first came out with it (a number of years 
ago).  The cable run to the tower is over two hundred feet long and I 
trenched and buried it.  It has been trouble free for me and continues to 
be.  Mike at M2 told me about the wireman's cable.  Decided to email you 
direct as you can see this thread is about to change to one about the 
control unit.  Good luck with your decision, this is not rocket science. 
Wireman cable will satisfy your needs.

Anyone know where I can find suitable rotor cable for the OR2800 rotor (2x 
12ga, 2x 18ga shielded pair).  I see The Wireman has it. Anywhere else?
