Greetings.
I realize that this May not be the proper subject matter for this
Mail list. but i have a delima. i currently live in Michigan and
Im renting the entir 2nd story of a 2 story house. when i Moved here
I asked the Land lord if i could put up a tower and he said yes.
so this past summer i put up a 40ft Tower. but for some strange reason
in late fall we had a thaw and Rain and with that the ground got soft
and the wind caused the tower to tilt. so i put bracing at the bottom
of the tower and that straightened it. I then asked the land lord
if I could attach an Eve Mount from the tower. he said Yes but i also
told him that I couldnt expect anyone including Myself to climb up the
in Bad Weather ie: Rain, wind, Snow, or frezzing weather. and he agreed
so i told him that I would probably have to wait for spring. and he
agreed to that also. but then the other day (saturday) he said that
he would give me until March 17 to get My Bracket put up. so I agreed
or i would have to take the Tower down. so today we had a little Brake in
the Weather so I had a Freind come over to Help Me with the Task.
wwhen we got started the Landlord Came out and stoped us and said we
could not put the Bracket up. i reminded him of his aggreement and he said t
that He would take Me to court if I continued so we stopped and i told him
that i still had until the 17th of March and with him stopping Me
that I may not be able to Make his deadline. he said that he didnt care
and that if its Not done By the 17th the tower will Have to come down.
does anyone have any Ideas??
