After owning a Rohn 55G tower in Aruba for a decade, I have done my share of
tower painting. I cut the rotator and coax lines free from the tower leg
and hung them from the nearest guy wires. Then I scrapped the loose stuff,
primed and painted the tower. I used a painting mitt to apply the zinc
enriched paint. I let it dry for a day before reattaching the cables to the
tower leg.

Ok I need to paint my Rohn 25. I currently have feedline, rotater
cables, etc taped to one leg. Any suggestions on how paint underneath
them withour removing all the cables ? I thought about painting all
but the leg with the cables and then once the paint has dried, move
them to another leg. Not easy, but should be doable.

Any better ideas ?

Thanks in advance.
