  I think it was KE5CV, Mike, who had a 34XA with an added "XA add on 
kit"......From what I remember he had a killer score and signal in several SS 
contests....

Just wondering if any of you antenna "gurus" on here have ever thought
about, or modeled, adding more elements to a KLM KT34XA antenna?? Since the
KT34A model is the core antenna (16ft boom) and by simply adding the "XA
kit" which doubles the boom length and adds two more elements, why not add
TWO more "XA kits" and have an antenna with 8 active elements on 10m!!! I
realize that the boom would be 48ft and possibly a mechanical nightmare but
think of the signal reports!!
