[TowerTalk] Rohn 25 foldover kit

I predicted I would get a response by this evening about the  foldover kit.
 
I WAS WRONG!  I should have said responses.  Thanks to  the nine guys who 
emailed me info on the foldover kit.
 
We sometimes get into splitting hairs about some trivial stuff, but  when 
push comes to shove, this reflector is numero uno!
