It depends on what the city wants. You should ask them.
In Salt Lake County, all I needed for 100' of Rohn 55 that mostly followed the
catalog configuration was a PE cover letter (with "wet stamp") that stated my
installation was in conformance with the manufacturer's specifications. The PE
didn't do any analysis. Set me back about $500 in 2002.
Nobody (the PE or county) wanted to look at the actual structural calculations
I had done.
